About the Chef
Chef/owner Vic Foley got his start cooking in his Italian grandmother Gilda's kitchen. Amid a fruitful career as a nationally touring guitarist, Vic found his way back to his culinary roots with local pop-ups before launching The Outsider in his hometown of East Providence.
